As a forty year Rider I have always dreamed of a way to Unite MotorcycleRides Worldwide so as to create a voice that would be heard and to create a way for Bikers Worldwide to help each other and create Freindships through social events all Riders would be welcome rgardles of what they Ride or there Nationalty. This site Biker Lifstyle Network would be the perfect place to connect andI would encourage membership here into the future for anyone intereasted. Members would be asked to if they canoffer othr members a service uch as offering assisstance to a stranded Biker in there area sucha overnight stay orhelp to repair a bike, a meal, advice, a lawyer, a hospital visit, picking up a broken bike, company going t an event,etc There would have to be a listing of options to all members. I have a page a cause and a group on facebook with the name MRUW and would want all members to join these three sites as well as BLN as BBNX has given me support from the beggining. When I can I will also create a Website with same name. So a full member of MRUW would also be a member of BLN and the page group and cause. I welcome all suggestions input and advice as this will be an inteactive and sharing group that would work together! This Group which is linked to Facebook has more than 400 members on Facebook as well as the cause and page are doing well. I know were not all connected on every site. But that does not matter at the Moment because it can be all pulled together some day and it increases the rank and I alos have and will make more effort to promote BLN. Whoever needs help, and it all depends, I may be able to re-direct or to introduce or whatever I am able to do. I am not yet a rider, but I would like to become one in 2013. I have been influenced by this way of life since I was a kid in a Catholic Elementary school. I got into trouble by the Sister Principal for taking rides by Bikers who offered them on the school playground. Hey, it was worth the verbal ear snagging AND I am working on a trilogy where my MC is a female "easy rider" orphan for European publication. So never look a gift pen on paper and tag me along...I haven't change d in my fascination since I was 8 and now I have a new level of time and freedom to learn (hopefully my hubby cutie will be influenced by my wild n' woolley interest). We have neighbours on our block who have awakened my interest on a personal level and the life style itself has taken a hold on me (a Greater One has the main hold on me) but learning this culture is fascinating on many levels and I have a sober respect for the Biker Community. There is something slick and strong about it. I am not interested in being a groupie, but a being a writer about bikers and a biker learning to ride on my own (my wish is for my own trike due to back issues). Some folks do not seem to believe that I have an interest and just think that I am apple polishing. Not so. The area where we live has sparked a interest that was dormant for years until we relocated here. I do not care how long it takes to learn and come in on the humble side of this lifestyle. To know me is to learn that I am multi-faceted. Okay, so I'd become an old school learner, who cares. Currently, there are a lot of things that we have to take care of and place first, meanwhile, I am crusing to learn the types of bikes that fit my person (so far, I know that I am a triker type and I know that I will need lessons from a firm and compassionate teacher, whom I am willing to pay or exchange services or currency). SO bear with me, but I have a new respect for this culture as I am getting to know my neighbours. Hope to be accepted as I am, talkitive yet sealed (and whoever is a "sealed" type knows precisely what I mean. Cheer-o veteran Biker folks and Seasons Greetings to the wheat of the land sort Bikers----I hate the stereo types that this society has placed on Bikers'...I despise anything which oppresses folks or misunderstands any cult of personality.
